Marc Accetta’s platform offers a range of digital and live products designed to empower individuals in personal development, leadership training, and sales mastery. These offerings include:
- Colors Personality Reports: A detailed digital report based on our proprietary personality test system. These are AI auto-generated and accessible instantly after purchase through our Personal Growth Dashboard available at https://app.marcaccetta.com/
- Webinars & Masterclasses: Scheduled live or pre-recorded online sessions that provide education and strategies for personal and professional growth. Masterclasses provide lifetime access to pre-recorder or live sessions, available through the Personal Growth Dashboard at https://app.marcaccetta.com/
- Bootcamps: Intensive multi-day online or in-person events with guided coaching from Marc Accetta and his certified trainers, accessible through the Personal Growth Dashboard at https://app.marcaccetta.com/
- Coaching Sessions: One-on-one or small group mentoring with Marc or designated experts.
- Keynote Speaking & Event Organization: Custom engagements for companies or organizations looking to bring Marc’s teachings to a live audience.
For all digital products, users will receive access links via email or directly within their Personality Growth Dashboard after purchase. For in-person events, full logistical details including venue, timing, and travel requirements will be communicated post-registration or post-purchase.
2. Purchase Currency
All prices on our website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are shown without Sales Tax or VAT; If you are purchasing products from a region where Sales Tax or VAT is applicable, the aforementioned will be added to the price during checkout. If your payment method is in a different currency, your financial institution may apply currency conversion fees or exchange rate adjustments.

4. Fulfillment Policies
4.1 Refund Policy
Digital Reports: Non-refundable once delivered.
By purchasing digital products that are made immediately available upon payment (including but not limited to personality reports, masterclasses, recordings, or downloadable materials), you acknowledge and agree that access begins immediately upon purchase and that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal, refund, or cancellation to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Webinars, Masterclasses, Bootcamps: Refundable within 7 days of purchase only if requested at least 7 days before the event date. No refunds for partial content access or attendance failure.
Coaching Sessions: Refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided cancellation is at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session.
Keynotes & Event Services: Non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a signed contract.
Refunds must be requested by email to help@marcaccetta.com with your order confirmation.
Purchases are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Access may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or distributed without written authorization.
4.2 Chargeback & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal without first contacting our support team at help@marcaccetta.com to attempt resolution.
Initiating a fraudulent or abusive chargeback may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account,
- Revocation of access to purchased content,
- Recovery actions to collect outstanding amounts,
- Reporting to payment processors and fraud prevention networks.
We reserve the right to present evidence of digital access, login records, IP activity, and content consumption in response to chargeback disputes.
4.3 Shipping & Delivery Policy
All products and services are delivered digitally or in person at designated event locations. No physical goods are shipped unless otherwise noted.
Digital products (e.g., reports, webinars) are delivered via email or account access immediately or within 24 hours.
Digital access is deemed delivered once access credentials, login information, or dashboard access has been made available to the email address or account provided at purchase. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact information provided by the purchaser.
Event access instructions will be sent at least 72 hours prior to the event.
We reserve the right to modify event dates, times, locations, speakers, or format (including transitioning from in-person to virtual format) due to circumstances beyond our control or operational necessity.
If an event is rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued solely due to scheduling changes unless required by applicable law.
4.4 Return Policy
As most offerings are digital or experience-based, returns do not apply. Refunds, when applicable, are processed per the above policy.
4.5 No earning or Performance Guarantees
Our programs, coaching, reports, webinars, bootcamps, and events are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific financial results, income levels, business growth, sales outcomes, or personal performance improvements. Individual results vary based on effort, experience, and external factors beyond our control.
4.6 Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel subscriptions or recurring payments through their account dashboard or by contacting support before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for missed cancellations after billing has occurred.
We reserve the right to revoke access to digital products, coaching programs, or events without refund if we determine that a user has engaged in fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing of content, intellectual property infringement, or violation of our Terms of Service.
By purchasing a subscription or recurring service, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the stated interval until you cancel. You are responsible for canceling prior to the renewal date. Failure to cancel before renewal does not entitle you to a refund.
5. Legal or Export Restrictions
Our digital offerings are available globally unless restricted by export control laws or government-imposed sanctions. Customers are responsible for compliance with local regulations when accessing our content from outside the United States.

7. Promotions & Discounts
All promotions or discounts are subject to their own terms. Any promotional expiration date, eligibility requirements, or usage limitations will be clearly disclosed on the offer page or during checkout.
