Identifiers: name, address, email, and phone; for current or prospective affiliates, suppliers, and subcontractors, personal information such as social security number, federal tax ID number, or other relevant information, as applicable.
Other Data ( 1798.80): credit card and account information collected when you purchase products or services; assessment data and results, such as information you input when taking self-assessment reports, Personality assessment tests, and the like;
Protected classes: gender, self-assessment data and results (i.e., information you input when taking assessment tests, and registering for webinars and seminars);
Professional Data: information regarding your sector of work and subsequent information tied to it (i.e., industry, company, work position, income range, and other information tied to your industry);
We do not collect or receive Biometric Information or Sensory Data.
2.3 Information We Collect Automatically
Internet Activity: When you visit our Site or other products operated by our company, our web server automatically collects and stores the following information:
- User interactions within our Sites or products operated by our company.
- Referral Program tracking via cookies and unique links.
- Loyalty Program tracking via cookies and unique links.
- IP address, browser type, device information, and geolocation data.
- Downloads, purchases, clicks, and session durations.
- Device identifiers for fraud prevention
- Event tracking pixels (Meta, Google, etc.)
- SMS interaction logs (delivery reports, opt-outs)

Mobile opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information is not shared with any third parties.

We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and fulfill business purposes. Security measures, including encryption and access controls, are implemented to protect user data from unauthorized access and breaches.

This Privacy Policy only applies to how MarcAccettaSeminars Inc. deals with your Personal Information, and it does not apply to any other company or any other companyʼs websites even if you access them via our Site. We are strongly committed to protecting the safety and privacy of children who visit our Site.
